Vastint is an international real estate organisation with over 30 years of experience. The goal of Vastint is to create long-term value through property investments.
The cornerstones of our operations are the management of portfolio properties and the development of office, residential and hotel properties across Europe.
Development activities include land acquisition, master planning, design, construction, leasing and sales.
As of year 2020, Vastint’s activities further expanded with the division Hotel Co 51. This division operates many of the hotel properties within the Vastint portfolio.
Vastint is active in many countries across Europe, such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain and the United Kingdom.
About Vastint Romania
In 2010, Vastint Romania aquired the site of the former Timpuri Noi factory, spanning over 53.000 sqm of land situated in the heart of the city. In 2011, we acquired 20.000 sqm of supplementary land in the Orhideea area, situated near the city center. In 2016, the 48ha land in the northern area of Bucharest was purchased, in Sisești, in the immediate vicinity of the multimodal station Străulești. Over the coming years, Vastint Romania plans to build an estimated gross buildable area of 700,000 m² on the already owned properties. The developments will comprise Class A office, residential and retail space, including the Sisești project. Considering the long-term investor profile with the aim to develop sustainable projects that are well integrated in the city, we continuously evaluate real estate opportunities on the Romanian market.
