#BreakForGoodDeeds - a campaign launched by Vastint Romania

In April, Vastint Romania launches a solidarity initiative under the umbrella #BreakForGoodDeeds, aimed at donating blood to save lives.

For the second consecutive year, on April 17, Vastint Romania together with the Digi Group (Digi24, Digi FM, and ProFM) come together to support this noble cause. We offer you the opportunity to join this campaign during a coffee break. Choose to help the less fortunate and donate blood!

Last year, Vastint Romania was the first business from the private sector to get involved in the national civic responsibility campaign entitled “We Have the Same Blood”, initiated by Digi24.

Therefore, on April 17, we wait for you at Business Garden Bucharest, where part of the Bucharest Blood Transfusion Center will temporarily relocate its activity. During the “Good Deeds Break” event, we propose you join us in an 8-hour marathon dedicated to life, hope, and the salvation of those hospitalized in intensive care units. Together we can bring light into the lives of those in need, during the Easter holidays.

Be more generous and open to good deeds!

“We Have the Same Blood” is one of the largest and most ambitious national projects of a news television, with direct benefits for patients. Launched by Digi24 on December 1, 2022, the project has so far managed to mobilize 5000 donors from 19 counties.

This year, in the run-up to Easter, we urge you to be generous and give the gift of life. Blood donation not only brings moral satisfaction but also benefits in everyday life. Also, the value of donation vouchers has increased to 280 lei, with an additional day off at work, discounts on public transport, and a set of free tests. Besides these advantages, blood donation also contributes to personal health, offering you regular medical check-ups and improving your overall well-being.

Anyone can become a donor, provided they are over 18 years old, weigh at least 50 kilograms, are under 60 years old, and do not suffer from chronic diseases or have undergone surgery in the last 6 months. It is an opportunity for those who want to make a special gesture during this period and bring joy to those in need.

Donate blood in #BreakForGoodDeeds!

Vastint Romania aims to attract as many donors as possible to support the survival of those in difficulty. The demand for blood is constantly increasing, and each donation is crucial to support hospital activities and help those in need of transfusions.

In mid-April, two weeks before Easter, Vastint Romania, together with the Digi Group, invites collaborators and employees to be more generous and join the collective effort of blood donation.

“We are pleased to announce a second edition of the We Have the Same Blood campaign organized within the Business Garden Bucharest project. Following the success of last December’s campaign and the positive response from the Business Garden community, we concluded that it should not be a singular event but a pilot one,” points out Sorin Macoveiu, Commercial Director of Vastint Romania.

“We thus propose to continue the partnership with the Digi Group, organizing a new blood donation campaign this month. We can do more than that, so under the umbrella called #BreakForGoodDeeds, we will invite the Business Garden Bucharest community to be an active part of a series of projects and events with a positive impact on society. We warmly invite them to join us on April 17, in this new endeavor, in the same location as last year.”, adds the representative of Vastint Romania.
