Carnivale Express, the Romanian cuisine in Carnivale Food Market

Carnivale Express is the new food court opened at Carnivale Food Market! 

The Timpuri Noi Square mixed-use complex offers a multitude of amenities to tenants and their employees. One of the most important is the restaurant area. All members of the community can enjoy a lunch break here, a delicious meal after work or it can even serve as a place to meet a client. 

From February 2023, the Carnivale Food Market will open the Carnivale Express section. Therefore we invite you to experience taste, flavour, freshness, home-cooked food and an endless journey through Romania.  

Traditional Romanian food is one of the richest and most diverse in Eastern Europe. It is a combination of Turkish, Austro-Hungarian and Balkan influences, resulting in a variety of tastes and flavours. That’s why the Carnivale Express concept brings you closer to the origin of home-cooked dishes. So every meal you have will make you feel in proximity to the concept of home, no matter how many hours you spend at the office. 

At Carnivale Express you will be able to enjoy a variety of cooked Romanian dishes, hot or cold, such as zacusca, aubergine salad, Moldovan borscht and many other traditional delicacies. What’s more, don’t forget to try the mămăliga, roasted pepper salad, pork chop or glazed ribs. Each of these specific dishes is a journey through the rich culture of Romanian cuisine. 

Our new Carnivale Express canteen is open Monday to Friday from 11:00-15:00.
