Timpuri Noi Square is a dynamic new urban pole, one of the main 5 crossing Bucharest Center, providing working, leisure and living functions, in an interactive and friendly environment.
100,000 m² GLA of modern, class A office and retail space and 50,000 m² residential space planned, just across the street from Timpuri Noi subway station - an area abundant in convenient transport connections and further amenities.
Underway in Phase 1:
3 buildings, 53,000 m² GLA of modern, class A office space, LEED PLATINUM Certified, 920 parking places and 3,700 m² retail space in a vibrant plaza area with restaurants, cafes, snack bars, fitness centre and further retail amenities.
Phase 2
The second phase of Timpuri Noi Square plans for an additional three buildings of almost 50,000 m², summing over 100,000 m² GLA of modern, class A office and retail space.More details to follow.
